To sync captured leads with connected CRMs including Zoho CRM. Leads sourced from Meta Lead Ads are handled identically to leads captured via agent or forms — synced to CRM and never sold or shared.

We never sell or share your personal or lead data to third parties under any circumstances.
Data Storage
AWS Cloud Infrastructure

TLS / AES-256 Encryption
All user interaction logs and captured dialogue data are encrypted instantly in transit using TLS 1.3 and stored at-rest using AES-256 protocols.
AWS KMS Key Envelope
Client-specific API credentials, including WhatsApp and Zoho CRM secrets, are fully encrypted with envelope keys managed by AWS KMS.
Data Retention
Account and lead data, including data sourced via Meta integrations, is retained for the duration of the client's active subscription plus 90 days, or until a deletion request is received. If you disconnect a Meta integration, no further lead data is retrieved from Meta after disconnection; already-synced records remain subject to this retention policy.
